Boarding Options

Stall Board

Beautiful barn equipped with 4 indoor stalls. Each stall has it's own set of lights and it's own fan for the summer heat. Stall Board includes:
Daily turnout with other horses (8-12 hours) weather permitting
Twice daily feeding (we provide grain up to 6lbs/day)

Hay (amount tailored to each individual horse's needs)

Fresh water at all times

Stalls cleaned at least 1-2 times daily depending on need

Tack locker in the climate controlled tack room

Supplements will be fed as the owner provides them

Bi-annual de-worming

Annual shots scheduled (we will hold your horse for you, if you want too)*

Farrier is scheduled every 6-9 weeks (depending on horse's need, we will hold your horse for you if you want)*

Pen Board

Outdoor pens are available on the backside of the barn. They are covered and have a wind block on the North and South sides.
Pen Board includes:

a La Carte Options

These items are offered for the additional charge listed. (If there's not a price shown there is no charge for the option).

Blanketing (owner provides the blanket)
Bathing (only offered in the summer) $30/bath
Fly spray $15/month
Exercise (30-45 minute ride, plus grooming after. Up to 3 days/week) $25/ride or $250/month
Marketing and Sales we charge a 10% commission (contact us for what this includes)

Our farm uses Eli Avery as our farrier and Timber Creek Veterinary for our routine care.

*Owner is responsible for veterinary and farrier costs, we just make sure the horse is scheduled for routine care and are willing to hold your horse for you.
